§ 1 SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
Skillionaires provides professional mentoring, networking opportunities, podcast content, and editorial services aimed at empowering entrepreneurs and leaders across industries. Our services may include access to podcasts, mentoring programs, online and offline events, as well as editorial contributions in the magazine. These services are governed by UAE commercial regulations and do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts. This section shall survive termination or expiration of this agreement.
§ 2 Contract Conclusion
By registering for a mentoring program, submitting an onboarding form, or engaging with our services, participants accept these Terms and Conditions. Confirmation is provided via email or direct agreement.
§ 3 Scope of Services
The scope of services varies depending on the offering (mentoring, magazine, podcast, events). Detailed descriptions of each service are provided on www.skillionaires.me and form the basis of this agreement.
Services may include live sessions, exclusive events, access to digital resources, and participation in networking communities.
§ 4 Service Provider’s Obligations
Skillionaires grants participants access to the agreed services, materials, and events. Content is provided for professional use only and may not be shared without permission. Updates and adjustments may occur to reflect current trends and needs.
§ 5 Participant Obligations
Participants are required to provide accurate information in onboarding and booking forms. Any access credentials provided (for online sessions or platforms) are personal and non-transferable. Sharing of credentials may result in suspension of access.
§ 6 Payment Terms
If services are offered for a fee, the terms of payment are agreed upon separately and must be fulfilled before access is granted. In case of delayed payments, the provider reserves the right to suspend services.
§ 7 Data Protection
Personal data is processed solely for the provision of services and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required to fulfill the contract.
§ 8 Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and resources provided by Skillionaires are protected by copyright and remain the property of the provider. Participants receive a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the content for personal professional purposes. Any unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or use is prohibited.
§ 9 Marketing & Media Consent
By participating in live or recorded sessions, participants consent to the use of audio, video, or written content for documentation and promotional purposes, unless explicit objection is communicated in writing before the event.
§ 10 Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes shall be the Courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
§ 11 Right of Withdrawal
Our services are exclusively directed at entrepreneurs, professionals, and business entities. Therefore, no statutory right of withdrawal applies.
§ 12 Final Provisions
No side agreements exist beyond what is stated here. Any amendments must be made in writing. Should any provision be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
